Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to get extra towels no pillows but that was okay. Room was very clean enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee in the lobby

This hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. check in and check out was very smooth. Bathroom had all we needed. had mini fridge and microwave. Nice place to stay for short term. I will stay here again when im in town.

I paid $20 cash upon arrival I assumed for incidentals. I was not given that $20 back when I left.

I liked that the bed was comfortable, I was able to take the elevator to my room quickly and it was so quiet!

The bed was great, soft yet firm and the air condition unit was quiet and worked great, didn't alternate between freezing and burning up. It appeared the bathroom had been renovated recently. It was beautiful and clean. I had requested handicap room and they were very accommodating.
